1. Who provides the service

Vowfolio by flipo is provided by בן יעקב אסף (Asaf Ben Yaakov), an Israeli registered sole trader operating as בן יעקב פתרונות טקסטיל (Ben Yaakov Textile Solutions), authorised dealer/business number 037017779, at הגורן 34, עתלית 3032434, ישראל (34 HaGoren Street, Atlit 3032434, Israel) ("we", "us"). The registered Hebrew name is authoritative for identifying the seller.

Service support: info@flipo.co.il. Privacy enquiries: info@flipo.co.il. Cancellation requests: info@flipo.co.il. These may be the same monitored mailbox.

These terms govern your use of the wedding-planning service. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains purchase cancellation and remedies. Mandatory rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

2. What the service does

Vowfolio is a progressive web application (PWA) accessed through a supported browser and, where supported, installed from that browser. No app-store download is required. It helps you organise a wedding, including tasks, events, guests, seating, vendors, recorded expenses and payments, gifts, greetings, files, reminders and reviewed exports.

The service records planning information. It does not hold or transfer wedding funds or gifts, make supplier bookings, act as a party to supplier contracts, or provide legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Recorded figures and dates depend on information you supply. Check important payments, contracts, dietary needs, access arrangements and event timings with the relevant people and suppliers. Notification delivery is affected by permissions, device state, connectivity and delivery providers; retain another means of tracking critical deadlines.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Account holders must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is not directed to children as account holders. A couple may record limited information needed to include children as guests, subject to appropriate authority and applicable privacy requirements.

Use an email address you control. Keep verification codes, invitation links, recovery information and devices secure. Do not share an account with unrelated users. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may require proportionate identity verification for recovery or sensitive actions, without asking you to send passwords or payment-card security codes.

4. Purchase and licence

The planned launch offer is one payment at a base price of USD 45, for one wedding workspace, up to two partner accounts and three active registered app/browser installations per verified email account (up to six across both accounts). Applicable taxes, currency conversion and the final amount are shown before payment. There is no recurring subscription or separate charge for the second permitted installation under this offer. All features included in the purchased release are included in that price.

The licence is personal, non-exclusive and for planning that wedding. It is not a licence to resell access or operate an unlimited multi-client wedding-planning business. A supported installation can be released and replaced through the provided recovery flow. Browser profiles and an installed PWA may use separate registrations; registrations are not a claim to identify physical hardware uniquely.

Payment and billing are handled through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under the buyer terms shown at checkout. A success redirect alone does not activate access: payment, purchaser identity, licence status and registration must be verified. The purchase owner controls billing-related recovery, but does not gain access to a partner's private planning content.

The licence has no scheduled expiry and is not a subscription. This does not promise perpetual hosting, operation of every third-party platform, or lifetime individual support. We will not represent a limited hosting period as lifetime service. Any planned service closure will follow section 11 and applicable consumer law.

5. Partners, privacy and sharing

Invite a partner deliberately and review the access you grant. Shared records can be available to both authorised partners. Side/ownership labels organise responsibility; only the actual visibility setting controls private access. Review the consequences shown before sharing, exporting, publishing, removing a member, transferring ownership or deleting a workspace.

A recipient may retain a downloaded file, screenshot, printed document or copied text. Revoking a link or changing visibility cannot reliably recall such copies. Public or invitation links may be forwarded; use them only for information intended for their audience, and revoke or rotate them when appropriate.

6. Your content and guest information

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, display, back up and deliver that content to you and the recipients you authorise, and to operate and secure the service. This is not a licence to advertise your private wedding content or sell it.

Only upload or enter information you are entitled to use and share. Give guests appropriate information about how their details will be used. Collect the minimum necessary contact, dietary and accessibility information; avoid identification documents, passwords, full card details and unnecessary health or religious information. Seek any consent or other authority required for sensitive details, children's information, photos and third-party content.

Guest greeting submission is optional, plain-text and enabled deliberately for a household. A submission is reviewed by the authorised couple before it becomes a greeting record. A sender must receive the associated privacy/consent information. Do not publish someone else's message or image beyond the permission you have.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, infringement, unsolicited marketing, malware, credential theft or unauthorised access. Do not attempt to bypass privacy, licence, installation or security controls, or disrupt other users. We may take proportionate action to investigate and prevent abuse. Reporting an issue in good faith through support is welcome.

8. Files, offline access and exports

Files are subject to supported formats, published limits and access controls. Antivirus scanning is not provided in the owner-selected launch configuration. A file labelled unscanned has not been checked for malware and must not be assumed safe merely because it was uploaded. Files previously marked infected or quarantined remain unavailable unless an authorised review explicitly permits release.

Offline storage is optional and limited to the supported subset and individually selected permitted attachments. A first-ever uncached visit may not work offline. Browser storage may be removed by the operating system, browser or device owner. Offline changes remain pending until acknowledged by the server and may require you to resolve a conflict. A disconnected device cannot always learn immediately that access was revoked.

A local privacy code hides the interface as a convenience; it is not full-device or browser-database encryption and does not replace the device's own security. Keep exported and downloaded content secure. Use the available reviewed export tools to keep independent copies of important planning information.

9. Service operation and support

Supported capabilities vary by operating system, browser and permissions. We may make reasonable security, compatibility and service updates. We will not use an update to remove mandatory rights or materially reduce a paid service without the remedies required by law.

Support is available at the address above. We handle support Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays, with a target initial response within two business days. This is a service target; urgent wedding arrangements should not depend on an immediate support response.

10. Cancellation, refunds and responsibility

The separate Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory cancellation, conformity, repair, refund and other non-excludable rights take priority. Installing, activating or using the application does not by itself waive those rights.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence or breach of mandatory consumer rights. The service's planning limitations do not excuse failure to provide the purchased digital service in accordance with applicable law. Responsibility for loss will be determined under applicable law and the relevant circumstances; these terms impose no mandatory arbitration, blanket indemnity or exclusive foreign court on consumers.

11. Suspension, deletion and service closure

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, a valid legal requirement, proven abuse, or a verified licence/payment issue. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. We will not use suspension to override mandatory consumer rights.

Archiving preserves a workspace and differs from deletion. Leaving a shared wedding, deleting an account and deleting a wedding have different consequences. Review the action's confirmation and export permitted content first. Shared content may remain for another authorised partner as explained by the selected action and Privacy Notice.

If we plan to discontinue the hosted service, we will provide at least 90 days of advance notice where reasonably possible, a reasonable opportunity to export permitted content, and any remedies required by law. Urgent security or legal restrictions may require faster action. We will not promise permanent storage after closure.

12. Changes, law and contact

We will identify the effective date of material changes and give appropriate notice. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where law requires consent or a right to terminate, those requirements apply. Purchase-specific terms remain subject to mandatory rights.

The seller is based in Israel. Israeli law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable where they live, or access to competent courts and regulators. Contact the address in section 1 for questions or complaints.
