Vowfolio by flipo — Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Purchase

The launch offer is a one-time wedding-workspace purchase, not a recurring subscription. The base price is USD 45; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record. Its applicable buyer terms and mandatory consumer law also govern the purchase transaction.

2. Statutory cancellation and remedies

This policy does not remove any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity or other remedy available under applicable law. Different rules can apply to digital content and an ongoing digital service. Installation, activation, signing in or using the service is not by itself treated as a valid waiver of statutory rights. Any legally required request for early supply and acknowledgment must be obtained in the required manner; a general agreement to terms is not a substitute.

3. Our additional 14-day full-refund promise

For the Vowfolio launch offer, request cancellation within 14 calendar days after the purchase and we will arrange a full refund of the amount paid for Vowfolio through checkout, without a cancellation fee. Installing, activating or using the service during that period does not remove this additional promise. It applies alongside, and does not shorten or replace, any longer or stronger mandatory cancellation or remedy right. Contact us with the purchaser email and order reference; explain any service problem if you would like us to investigate it, but an explanation is not a condition of this additional promise.

4. How to request cancellation

Email info@flipo.co.il, use the billing/support option on your merchant receipt, or contact us by telephone +972547720142 or post to 34 HaGoren Street, Atlit 3032434, Israel. Identify the purchaser's email and order reference and state that you wish to cancel. Do not send full card information, CVVs, passwords, verification codes or the raw licence key. You do not need to use a particular form where a clear cancellation statement is legally sufficient.

Suggested message: "I request cancellation/refund of my Vowfolio purchase. Purchaser email: . Order reference: . Purchase date: __. Please confirm receipt."

We will acknowledge and handle the request within applicable legal time limits and coordinate with the merchant. Approved refunds are returned through the merchant's available original-payment refund process. Bank posting times and exchange differences can vary; legally required amounts and deadlines take priority. No arbitrary shorter complaint deadline is imposed.

5. Consequences for access and content

A verified refund or cancelled entitlement can disable paid planning access and its installation registrations. Before a voluntary cancellation, export the content you are permitted to keep where possible. Do not delay a time-sensitive cancellation merely to complete an export; tell support if you need assistance. Another partner's privacy still applies.

The service's recovery/export, deletion and retention rules govern remaining data; a refund is not a promise of immediate erasure from every system or merchant record. Billing/tax records can remain with the merchant. Downloaded copies remain under their recipients' control. For a technical failure that prevents export, contact support so we can assess the available lawful recovery options without promising access that the service cannot provide.

6. Defects and failed delivery

If activation fails, the purchased service materially differs from its description, or a fault prevents its proper use, contact info@flipo.co.il. We will assess the problem and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund required by applicable law and the circumstances. The expiry of an additional commercial guarantee does not extinguish statutory remedies. Avoid buying again to resolve an uncertain first activation; contact support with the original order reference.

7. Provider administration

Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds, disputes and tax adjustments under its applicable terms and legal responsibilities. We do not restrict your right to contact the merchant or a competent authority. We may review suspected fraud or duplicate requests fairly, but will not use that review to defeat mandatory rights.
